Kate McDonough, President and Founder:
Kate McDonough is the President and Founder of MyRoar. Her background is in the financial services industry, and she has hands-on experience with the demanding enterprise search and retrieval requirements that MyRoar addresses. Kate founded MyRoar in May 2008. Prior to starting MyRoar, Kate worked as a Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers, where she evaluated risk for portfolios in excess of $50 billion. Kate was the first analyst at Lehman to receive buy-hold-sell authority in less than 6 months. Her high-quality investment research helped her fund beat the market by a factor of 7, earning her recognition by senior risk managers and Lehman CEO Dick Fuld. Before her time at Lehman, Kate performed financial analysis for Sankaty Advisors, the hedge fund division of Bain Capital. Kate received a BS in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley College.

Adnan Habib, Co-Founder
Adnan brings over 14 years of software development and management experience. He has worked for small and large companies like Apple, IBM, Quest Software, eBay and recently Biz360, designing and building from ground up high performance & scalable architectures. He architected a high performance applications monitoring platform at Quest Software. He helped improve performance and scalability of the payments platform at eBay and built a top-notch engineering team. His recent work at Biz360, involved building a great engineering team along with designing, implementing & successfully delivering high performance & massively scalable market research products on a cloud-computing infrastructure. Adnan has bachelors in Mathematics and a in Computer Science from Punjab University, Pakistan.

Jim Peake Vice President of Sales
Jim Peake is the Vice President of Sales at MyRoar. Jim is a seasoned sales and marketing executive, with over 30 years experience spanning technology startups and publicly traded companies. Jim has represented a number of companies that offer automatic speech recognition (ASR), interactive voice response (IVR), and natural language processing (NLP) solutions, such as Voice Access Technologies, Audiopoint, and West Corp. Jim has worked in a number of vertical markets, including financial services, healthcare, online ad networks, and social media. Jim has been recognized repeatedly for his sales performance, and he holds a record for sales to a U.S. federal agency¿37 calendar days from cold call to close. Jim received his Business Administration education from Texas Christian University.

Jan Gerritsen currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Jomowire. Jan previously served as a Senior Development Manager at Autonomy/Verity. Jan has technical experience in enterprise search, engineering management, and engineering sales. He previously served as co-founder of Order-Care, as IT & Program Director at ExcessTracker, as Director of Product Management at MeltingPoint, and as International Product Manager at Oce.

Justin Fry, Marketing
Justin Fry currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Streambase, a high tech aggregator company that sells into financial services. Justin previously served as CEO of a hardware company spun out from Oxfords University’s engineering department, CEO of Visual Click Software, Director of International Channels, Product Marketing at Elron Software (acquired by ZixCorp), and Marketing Communications at ON Technology (acquired by Symantec).

Stephen Gregorio, Finance
Stephen Gregorio currently serves as the SVP and Chief Financial Officer of high tech security company, Verdasys. Stephen’s experience spans 20 years as a Chief Financial Officer at companies including: Interwise (acquired by AT&T) Corporation, Excelergy Corporation, Vality Technology (acquired by Ascential Technology) and Gensym Corporation (GNSM).
